The value of Hearing Aids – Lina’s story

Jul 19, 2016

I’ve been uIMG_20120514_074708sing hearing-aids from 1993, when I was just over 42 years old. Being lucky to be the very active, friendly, person that I am, I had worked and achieved good results before using them. Using a hearing-aid after not having it for so long was hard at the start but after 14 years with assistance, and now 7 years in Aged Care, I have never looked back or had any hindrance due to my hearing-aids.

I have now retired, but I still work part time. To top it all off, I am learning the violin at the age of 66 and I’m doing well at it! I want to say thanks to the people who have created this miracle device – I feel like God sent this device as a gift, to be in par with all other human beings. It helps you do what all people can do. I strongly suggest more time and money be spent on hearing aids.
